Hello Fellow Eagles,

We are thrilled you are coming to our 40th High School Reunion! Here are some details that will hopefully make navigating easier.
​
Football Game-Friday, Oct. 22
​
It is against Del Campo. If you bought pre-paid tickets with Leslie, meet her at the front gate between 6:30-6:45. Please bring $5 exact change to receive your ticket and avoid the lines to get in. You can text her at 916-709-4871 if you can’t find her. If you didn’t buy pre-paid tickets, but are still coming, the cost is still $5, buy you will have to wait in line to buy your ticket. We will be sitting in the roped off section under the press box. I suggest parking in the ”back lot” by the softball field. This can be accessed on Eastern Avenue.

Delta King Dinner/Dancing, Saturday, Oct. 23 6:00 P.M.
1000 Front Street, Old Sacramento

Give yourself plenty of time to park and walk to the boat. Please be on time since people will be at the check in table only until 6:30 when dinner starts. Parking is available on the street or at either of the City lots -“Old Sac. Garage” located at I and 2nd Street or the Tower Bridge Garage located at Capitol Mall and Front Street. Current valet parking for non-hotel guests is $16.00 for up to 5 hours, $2.00 for each additional hour after 5 hours up to $22.00 per day maximum. Valet parking is offered on a space-available basis. Valet parking is guaranteed for registered hotel guests at a rate of $22.00 per car per night. Rates are subject to change; charges will be based on pricing on the day of the event. The reunion is taking place in the Paddlewheel room which is on the lower level in the back. Upon check-in, you will receive a wristband indicating you paid and have access to our function. You will then get your picture taken and encouraged to find a seat where you will put your meal preference card above your plate. There will be a ”no-host” bar which should take cash and credit card.
Masks
At this time, masks are required for indoor dining when not eating and drinking. If you are sick or have any flu-like symptoms, please respect your classmates and stay home!

Last chance to get your pre-paid $5 tickets to the EC football game!
I am buying the tickets tomorrow, Thursday, October 14. I will buy them and then you can pay me back that night (Friday, 10/22) when I meet you at the gate at 6:30.
If you haven't done so already, please fill out the RSVP so I have all your contact information just in case something comes up or there are changes. it’s going to be a blast from the past. We will have a reserved section under the press box in the stands.
DEADLINE to order pre-buy tickets is October 14, tickets will be purchased the next day.

If you are coming, but do not want to “pre pay” or are coming late, you can still buy tickets that night at the gate as long as they last (same price). Look for us in the stands under the “press box”. There will be a section roped off for “The class of ‘81”.

Summer picnic - June 27, 2021 - 11am-??

Date change!! Picnic is now scheduled for June 27, 2021 starting at 11am.
We have a great group of motivated Eagles that wanted to have a summer picnic. THIS IS NOT THE REUNION - the reunion will be later in the year, we should have a confirmed date very soon.
​
Back to the picnic - Ancil Hoffman park, June 27, 11am-they kick us out.
No alcohol allowed, but I'm sure many of you have figured out how to work "around" those type of rules - just know that it is a rule.
We changed the event to be a "bring your own food and drinks" event. The will be a hot BBQ available for those that want to BBQ something they bring.
​
We will be meeting over by the golf clubhouse, look for signs on the way in to find the group.
There is a $5 per car entry fee on the way into the park.
