NEXT MEETING: 4/19/2026 - 10AM, online Google Meet call, link will be provided a day or two before call.
- September 26, 2026 is the CONFIRMED date for the reunion.
Looking for new treasurer:
- No new volunteers from the request that was sent out.
- We're working on seeing if we can cover this with the current folks on the planning team
Confirmed dates and events:
- Reunion will be on 9/26/2026 at Northridge Country Club - time to be finalized (likely start around 6pm_
- There is going to be a casual get together, on Friday 9/25/2026 at 19 Handles (Eastern/Arden) - there will be a reserved room and patio, beer and wine only at 19 Handles. Time is TBD (likely afternoon/evening)
- Leslie is working on a school tour in the early afternoon on Friday 9/25/2026, for those interested. More details to come.
Pricing for the reunion event:
- We've made good progress on setting the ticket pricing. It should be finalized at our next meeting (4/19/2026) and we'll send that out with the sign-up info our next meeting.
Donations/sponsors:
- We're looking at coming up with a way to manage sponsorships, if anyone is interested in advertising their business.

Northridge Country Club -
Leslie found a sponsor for us
- Sponsor helps so we wouldn't have to make a deposit early and can make the final number commit pretty close to the event date.
- Beth was there for a wedding in Oct, very nice venue, food was great, big free parking, easy access, great patio
- Can use main room and patio
- Room w/linens $7/pp plus tax
- Menu has many options, flexible options - lunch or dinner
- lunch buffet ~$30
- dinner buffet $38-80
- plated lunch and dinner is also available, but we're leaning towards buffet style
- 22% service charge to be added
- we could pick lunch or dinner no matter when we schedule the event (i.e. lunch buffet can be food choice for an evening event)
- we can bring our own desert, $4/pp cutting
- bar no-host - 1 bar tender for up to 100 people
- we would provide everything else (DJ, decorations, etc.)
Bill -
- looked at River City brewing (lots of classes use the venue)
- rent patio ($50), and food is nearby or can be brought in
- sounds like more of a gathering spot than a reunion spot, maybe it could be used for a separate get together event around the reunion?
- contact is Beth from RC brewing
Leslie -
- looked at the room upstairs at Country Club Lanes (she and others on the call attended a EC anniversary there last year)
- kind of spendy just for the room (maybe could find a sponsor?) and then have to include all the other things (food, music, etc)
